LODGING UPGRADES
2 Person Cabin + $30.00 each Sleeps 2 (linens not included) – A one room cabin, that includes a kitchenette with small fridge, hot plate, cooking utensils, sink, 1 full size bed, 1 loft bed (width of full, but longer).
Creekside Cabin on Hayden Creek + $125.00 Sleeps 2 (linens included for the bedroom)– A one bedroom cabin, that includes a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, stove top, cooking utensils, a bathroom with shower, a loft, loveseat hide-a-bed and bedroom with queen size bed.

MOTORCYCLE RENTALS
DEPOSIT/HOLDING FEE POLICY:
-
- We require a Deposit/Holding Fee of $100/pp, regardless of what type of ride reservation, with 100% Payment for your adventure due in full 4 weeks prior to your ride date.
- The Deposit/Holding Fee is Fully 100% Refundable if the trip is cancelled by RMOT for unforeseen circumstances or in the event that your trip could not to be confirmed.
If, no other riders sign up for the date you have chosen, 100% of your Deposit/ Holding Fee will be returned or you can choose to apply your credit toward another ride Date or on your original Date, Pay the Private Ride Rate for the number of riders available.
CONFIRMATION OF RIDE & FINAL PAYMENT:

- The balance of the trip cost is due 4 weeks prior to departure or when the trip confirms, whichever is later.
- If final payment is not received when due, Rocky Mountain Offroad Tours reserves the right to treat the reservation as cancelled.
CANCELLATION POLICY:

- if you need to cancel your trip, you must notify us by email or by fax. We calculate your refund on the day we receive written notice of cancellation. All refunds will be processed within a few days of your cancellation.

- For all cancellations by you, we will refund you the cost of the RMOT Guided Ride, less the following per person charges (Number of days prior to trip departure)

29 – 60 days…………………..100% of Deposit/ Holding Fee ($100)
0 – 28 days……………………100% of Trip Price, excluding Lodging Upgrades - **This fee reflects only the cost of administering a reservation and is not intended to be punitive in any way. We realize the majority of those who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity.

- Rocky Mountain Offroad Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour due to acts of nature, road conditions, insufficient number of participants or unforeseen circumstances that mandate cancellation and will result in a 100% Refund of Deposit/ Holding Fee.

- If Rocky Mountain Offroad Tours cancels a previously confirmed trip and is unable to provide you with another trip that is satisfactory, all moneys paid to us will be refunded 100% and shall constitute full settlement with you.
- To ensure trip availability, we recommend that you make reservations at least 60 days prior to departure, but we will always try up to the last minute to get you on the trip of the first Date of your choosing.
ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION POLICIES:

- There is no refund for leaving a trip early or arriving late.

- Rocky Mountain Offroad Tours is not responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred by a rider, in relation to a canceled tour including non-refundable lodging deposits or airfare.
- Guests who fail to provide a signed “Release of Liability and Assumption of All Risks” and personal information forms prior to trip departurte will not be allowed to join the trip and the cancellation policy applies.
